  My name was at the top of the check-in list. Four employees standing over the computer, not a single one acknowledged that I was there. After standing there for 10 minutes I told them to remove my name from the list and I left. By the way, though there were 4 other customers in there too, not a single employee was actually cutting hair. This place is very poorly run.
